I've messed up my levator scapula pretty bad so I'm going back to the basics. I probably won't be doing pushups or dips for a while. Obviously I will be here to encourage and be inspired. :-)
If anyone has Convict Conditioning I started from Level 1 on each of the Big Six and once I have reached steps 8 or 9, I will start with more volume.
Please learn from my mistakes.
Quick question: If anyone has Convict Conditioning, how do you add your bar training without overtraining?
