For those who are looking for a high quality lunch filled with flavor and the nutrition you need to continue burning fat and building muscle.

The MUSCLED UP Taco Salad.


1/2lbs of extra lean ground beef
2 teaspoons chili powder
3 drops of hot sauce and a pinch of black pepper
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 tomato chopped
2 tablespoons shredded lowfat cheddar cheese

Directions to make:

step 1: spray a pan with pam, heat to medium and cook ground beef til lightly browned. Add the chili powder, hot sauce and pepper.

step 2: Layer the lettuce, beef mixture, tomato, and cheese in a large bowl..

Makes a single serving.
