I'm sure the elite on this site would blow through this. Me, it took 11:49.

Yea it's kind of interesting because although on the surface it doesn't seem that tough, going as fast as you can adds a new element to it.

I imagine some on here (you included) might be able to knock this out in half the time.

Duf ... I love the commentary on your vids dude - you crack me up! Laughing

Your MU attempts don't look too bad mate ... your nearly there - when your on the way up roll those shoulders as forward as you can and lean in with your head and neck.

Also practice your dips - do 'em on that box jump set up - straight leg ones with your arms behind you, try touch your butt to the floor- i'm sure you know the ones! ( i do 'em on my Bar-barian requirements variation video)

Maybe do 10 pull ups then straight into 12 dips - rest a min then repeat X 10 sets ... this sort of training should give you the strenght to get up - but your not that far away there buddy!

Haha glad you like them. I am pretty good with dips. On a roman chair I can do 25 straight. I think my angle up is bad on a muscle up. I notice when people do them their body is farther away from the bar as they go up and they are almost pulling themselves into the bar.

It looks like I am too close to the bar. I WILL get it. Smile

hmmmm .... i think the first few you tend to be close to the bar but after a while you start to get further and further away on the way up.

Like you say - i'm sure you'll get them soon.
