Alright so... has anyone here tried muscle milk? what do you think of it as far as results/price/taste, that kinda thing? I just ordered some, just to try it out. I dont plan on buying it regularly, but Ive heard some good things about it and just wanted to try it out, see if theres a noticeable difference. Im not gonna go all crazy and take it 3-4 times a day like it says your "supposed" to, maybe just 1 on my workout days or whatever.. anyways, thoughts?

results= about the same as if you were to eat more, trust me i used it and dont take it anymore i just eat more. It is good before bed for slow protein absorption if you use it this way it will last, rather than following the directions they just want you running back for more.

price=pretty expensive if you keep buying especially.

taste= taste amazing best out of all protein powders, thats why i have it every now and then i just buy the ready to drink.

In the end i would eat more and drink 2 more glasses of milk per day good luck though.

Thanks for the reply. I wasnt planning on using it regularly, just buying it to try it. the cheapest ive found is 20 bucks for a container of 15 servings... too expensive for me to even think about buying more for awhile.

Im really not looking for much gain, and I get a lot of protein from my diet anyways.
supposedly its better then most, Im not sure, mostly just hype I bet. I dont really need a supplement, like I said I get a lot of protein anyways. I just wanted to try it out.

ive tried muscle milk like a year ago, then cytogainer (same company) great products, but as mentioned above its only useful as a quick substitute for protein, and getting those extra meals in when 'eating hard' for instance when busy etc much easier (and sometimes cheaper) to whip up a shake instead of steak lol but i must admit musclemilk tastes awesome!!!
