Alright so... has anyone here tried muscle milk? what do you think of it as far as results/price/taste, that kinda thing? I just ordered some, just to try it out. I dont plan on buying it regularly, but Ive heard some good things about it and just wanted to try it out, see if theres a noticeable difference. Im not gonna go all crazy and take it 3-4 times a day like it says your "supposed" to, maybe just 1 on my workout days or whatever.. anyways, thoughts?
