at first i was all excited i did everything and got great results and was happy when i saw my self progresing..
now i feel all drained i didnt workout for few days i still wana get bigger
but nothing drives me to do it i dont know if its pubrerty but i dont wana do anything lol..

its good to take a weeks break every 6-8 weeks if you are training with a high level of intenisty. Your Central Nervous System needs the time to recover from the hammering you might have given it.

Take a week off and see how you feel then. Try to do very little in that week. You might even find you grow in this period.
