PostSubject: Squats & Milk   Squats & Milk EmptyMon Aug 30, 2010 11:08 pm

GOMAD stands for Gallon Of Milk A Day. Fast & cheap way to gain weight naturally. GOMAD equals 2400kcal. Eat every 3 hours and you’ll get 5000kcals/day. Eating this much will make most “hard gainers” gain weight.

Spread your milk intake through the day. If you have milk with meals: eat first, drink the milk after. Eat your stomach full on each meal and make sure you eat every 3 hours.

Breakfast: eggs, veggies, orange, green tea.
Snack: 1 liter milk, mixed nuts, banana
Lunch: chicken breast, mixed veggies, peer
Snack: 1 liter milk, mixed nuts, apple
Post workout: 1 liter milk, oats, banana
Dinner: ground round, pasta, tomato sauce, Parmesan cheese
Pre bed: 1 liter milk, berries, ground flax seeds, cottage cheese

GOMAD is not the only way to gain weight. But it’s definitely the most efficient way to make anyone gain weight fast naturally.

Over half the worlds population are lactose intolerant. You really can't judge the method only one week into it.

I appreciate your psyched. But you are not going to put on 25lbs of lean muscle in 25 days. Even with a bucket load of steroids. Shocked

Of course, All we have to do is look at a few resources to know that only so much muscle can be added to ones frame naturally. Eventually, everything slows down to a halt and too many extra kcals will just be stored as fat mass.

While GOMAD is often cited as a be-all, end-all approach to gaining weight, I highly suggest you look at it with a cautious and objective mindset if your goal is to gain weight and build muscle in a sensible and practical matter.

This protocol, in my opinion, is only for a select few individuals. pig

lol!

You dont need to gain fat to gain muscle lol

the most amount of muscle you will gain in year with PERFECT diet and nutrition and training is around 10lb

gaining fat is waste time
gaining muscle that where its at..

And yes when your younger you will find you might put on more than 10lb this is because you are growing geting taller and bigger bone structure etc..

id say its hard to only gain muscle and no fat. id also say that milk and squat is more for gaining weight on squat, than bodyweight.

Squats & Milk Empty
PostSubject: Lets all toast a big glass of milk while squating   Squats & Milk EmptyThu Sep 02, 2010 2:40 pm

Lets put this to bed. lol

I appreciate the reply's and the communication that this Thread has generated. That is the main reason why this forum was created.

Anthony Pitruzzello, PhD, came up with a potential achievable range of approximately 1.5 to 5 pounds of additional lean muscle per month, after researching many scientific studies.

I have no data of my own but I would guess that 5 lb per month would be on the high side and 1.5- 2 lb a month is reasonable.

In non-complicated, mathematical terms, this would equate to roughly 23 pounds in a year! cheers

Keep in mind that high-level athletes are the subjects of these studies.

Not 10 in a year, not 25 in 25 days not 100 Just 23 baby! Thank you and Good Night! Sleep

Yea it does equal 100+lbs a yea, but I didn't say dat. I was giving u facts about how much lean muscle mass u can gain, but nobody sticks w/ any kind of a routine/diet dat long. When ever u try to gain or cut down body fat u do it in cycles so ur body doesn't get accustoms to it. Jus like ur workouts

I read that you need to slowly increase your milk intake for example first weak you do 1 liter a day ,next weak 2liter , next weak 3 ,next weak 4 which is one gallon and continue like that.

Because if you never drank milk before and start with 4liters a day you will have brutal diarrhea.

Correct me if Im wrong
Because I also read that we are the only kind of animal who drink another animal milk so its not our food we are not ready to digest it we need slowly adapt.

That's right - get your body used to it and increase your amount of milk week by week.

After what I just read I think its a huge proof that GOMAD Gallon Milk Per day is bad idea and not healthy.

Go here and see the comments on GOMAD...

http://tnation.t-nation.com/free_online_forum/diet_performance_nutrition_supplements/gallon_of_milk_per_dayyour_experiences?id=2426870&pageNo=1

Quote :
I was drinking maybe a 1/4 gallon of milk a day and was shitting so much i couldn't walk normally because my asshole was so dry and bloody from wiping it so much. Needless to say i think i am somewhat lactose intolerant and avoid milk most of the time. I was also very bloated too from it.

Quote :
It does need to be whole milk, part of the secret is all the saturated fat in the full fat milk. Although enjoy blowing liquid s**t out your a$$ 10 times a day.

Quote :
I can't even begin to tell you what happened to me when I drank a quarter gallon of milk a couple years ago. That incident was the final proof to me that milk is not healthy.

I also asked about milk few times people didnt take me seriously so its seems im not the only one..

There is a big percentage that have lactose intolerance. Of course if those drink a gallon milk, they'll be shittin their asses of.

I can drink 2 liters of milk without any problem, I even really like the taste of it by now. You just have to start slow.

And it isn't a thing you should be doing over a longer period of time. Maybe 1-2 months, that's it.

Purposely putting on weight that isn't lean muscle mass is one of the stupidest things I've ever heard, unless you're a roman colliseum fighter who needs that extra fat layer to protect their vitals. Which none of us are.

Drinking that much milk is likely to make you sick, and it is definately not healthy. Any mass you are likely to put on with this "diet" will be fat. And lots of it. If you do gain any muscle, you won't notice, since exercising will be harder because you're now a fatass.
