Hey guys, hope everyone is doing good.
After a tough workout at Scyth3r6's house on Monday I was feeling a little achy so I just did a few dips on Tuesday. Wednesday was the same sort of, I only did 20 dips, 10 press ups and 20 Australian pull ups (underhand).
20 Star jumps
10 Press ups
10 Sit ups
10 Australian Pull ups (underhand)
I repeated that 3 times.
Considering I did a similar workout not even a week ago and it took me well over an hour to recover, today I recovered in about 4/5 minutes. No shortness of breath and my heart didn't feel like it was going to explode, I'm quite happy and surprised at how I'm doing considering I've spent the past few years extremely ill. Tomorrow I'm going to have a mini break and I'm going to go for a mile run to try and burn off some of this excess fat lol.
