hi
i would like someone help me to get started with bodyweight exercises.
im 14 years old and 160 cm. i would like to gain strength and muscle mass using only bodyweight workouts ( i used to do weight lifting). im 55kgs and wold like to be heavier but with muscle and like to try to get ripped.
so can someone help like set up. eg. do 20 push ups 3 sets. 10 chin ups 3 sets etc..

Start to be boring, almost every time I chek Training routines I see the same.
People are always asking the same things : I'm new and I need help.
This forum IS FULL OF HELP.
I have been looking at this forum 10 month before I registered and I ask my first question. I have learn crazy much just by reading the old topics.
Stop to wait somebody is giving every thing, just take by your self. When I discover this forum I couldn't do a MU. Now you can look at my video "bar work in finland" and you will see what I have learn just by reading and looking video and much of HARD TRAIN. THANK YOU EVERY BODY, before I ask you had already answered at almost all my questions.

C'mon don't be so hard on him!

Hey dude, just go out there and play around. Try to excercise your full body.
Check out my routine. I am new too and it is good. Just try to do harder everyday. In the end when one is new the most important thing to do is just go there and do as much as you can without getting hurt.
