 Upper chest shoulder

I need to grow that part of my body the upper chest and the shoulders.
I know what to do Diamonds,Dips,HSPU,Decline Pushups??

But because I need mass on that part and not just strength
my question is how often I gota work on it??
1dayon 1day off??
because everyday is just endurance no?

guide me to the upper chest perfection guys

kk the question is kinda fagish so let me put it this way
Doing 100 pushups everyday build chest or endurance or its all bullshit?

You will not gain mass without gaining strength, so just do your pushups and eat your food, you'll be fine.

just do whatever u find hard for 3-8 reps and eat lots. 100 push ups won't gain mass fast at all

Get rings, they are a good break from the norm and change is always good. Do incline,decline, and flat push ups and flys regular or weighted. Also ring dips, i got my rings from ringtraining.com well worth it they hook almost anywhere these should help. Good Luck.

I need to know it too, so we are in 2, lol
But i think inclined push ups are enough for the upper chest, cause recently i try to do it with 6kg in my backpack, and i feel my upper chest burn like a muthafucka, just do it slow and stay down 2sec, it get more intense your training.
It's good, but i have to keep doin' for some months and see the results, cause i started to do it recently, lol
