Just try i once in one of your workouts and see that it burns I mean it...

Warm Up
10Mins slow run cardio warm up

The Loop

40 Slow Luges right after 40 Slow Squats
Rest 2Min x 5.

rest 10 Minutes

Pistol 2xMax each leg.

Stretches

10Mins Slow run but run slowww to feel your leg muscles work not your heart rate aka cardio..

Do it one time just try it I am serious try it 1 time only once please

Gonna try that one, kinda resembles my own leg routine except for the slow squats.
I like doing 10 sets of weighted pistols and than "supportive" excercises like lunges etc ^^
