hello Very Happy
first ill show you guys my max for the following:
PUSHUPS -CLOSE 25
- NORMAL 33
-WIDE 25
PULL UPS- 8
CHINUPS- 18 (not actual chin ups, done with two equal height objects with a bar across and feet raised.)
DIPS- 15
CRUNCHES-35+
dunno what these are called i call em back extensions.. for lower back- 20
HSPU- 2 (usually get around 3-5, maybe off day, cause dips were lower aswell).


Now for the actual training part

CLOSE PUSH UPS- 20
PULL UPS- 6 OR 5
DIPS- 12 OR 13
CRUNCHES- 30
WIDE PUSH UPS- 20
LOWER BACK EXTENSIONS- 17
LEG RAISES- 10
HSPU- 2 OR 3
"CHIN UPS"- 15

3-5 sets
Rest for your recommened time, 1-2 mins

feel free to comment on what you think of this routine and what you guys might even change

quick shoutout to philpot that set me straight for sticking with basics Razz cheers

WEIGHTED SQUATS __ 51.5 KGS
10 REPS, 4 SETS



WEIGHTED STIFF LEGGED DEADLIFTS 51.5 KGS
10 REPS, 4 SETS



WEIGHTED SINGLE LEGGED CALF RAISES 18.5 KGS
10 REPS 4 SETS


basically i stick with 10 reps 4 sets Razz

Nothin special today. Felt s**t, and very unenergetic :/
One set of pull ups, saw what one guy posted on this site that linked to youtube, named fitnessFAQS on youtube. I think its from someonw on thia site Razz
Saw some pushup thing he done, called 'w' s. Like w3, w4
Etc. Done few of those and also some of the stuff he posted on core work
