Dips x 10
Pullups x10
Pushups x 25

3 rounds.

Did some handbalancing to warmup and throughout the day so far.

Observations: Man, I am a LONG way from the Barbarian requirements. Felts a bit like a wuss. More his rep training in my future.

Any suggestions on improvement, I'd love to hear it.

Okay, every other day and keep increasing the reps:

Monday: 10-10-25
Wednesday: 12-12-27
Friday: 14-14-30
Etc...

Keep doing 3 rounds and keep your rest time to a minimum.

Good luck!

I forgot to add something to this morning's workout:

Straight Arm Frog Stand: 3x10 sec
Tuck Lever: 3x21sec

I really thingk that that had something to do with my rworkout too. It takes more out of you than you would think.

I'll start training every other day for a bit and see how mu numbers do. I'll just use a wave load and progress that way. Linear progression works up until a point.

Thanks for the advice.
