I am 66 kg (i think it is 145.5 lbs) and i want to get 4/5 kilos more.
I know it is hard but i must try.
Starting today,I will eat 5 meals and will try to eat one more if i can.
I am morning shift in school so before school (6 a.m.) I eat 1/2 eggs first day and cornflakes with milk and dried grapes (when I am not lazy to go to buy them)on the second.Then for breakfast in school one sandwich.For launch i will try to eat as healthy as i can ...my mother cooks everyday so it is good.I can't eat chicken's breast and beef everyday but meat is almost everyday so i think it is ok.
After is training,so after training i drink my shake (half litre of milk,2 eggs,some honey,banana is optional and some ground biscuit ''PLAZMA'' (our product,best product
).And for dinner i'll eat tuna fish or something else...
I don't want to gain pure muscle ...just to gain kilos (+ training and i will be fine).
I want to know if this is good so i can start use it.
