does anyone have any clue what could be the problem..
p.s my form is fine
WARM UP ALWAYS!!! REST for a while now!
But i hope u can do other pulling movements..
I had the same issue. Well i thought i have a bad or painful anterior delts but the problem was not there. Maybe i am not right.
But stop doing pullups for a while and do some rows. If u have the same issue i had before, then rows will help you really.
I can only think about that maybe u have weaker posterior delts than pushing delts. And when u did pullups u overworked your post delts with an irritation position. I say this because i had this.
Try to do wide rows, close to your body rows all kind of rows! it works the scapula and post delts well.
Dont know exactly the problem, but rows helped me! Rest your shoulders, and do LittleBeastM warmup 2x a day. Hope i could helped! Good luck in your training!
If u tried it tell me how u felt!
