Made my first attempt at a 50-50-50 in quite awhile. managed to shave a minute off my personal best, clocking in at 10:14 to complete the 10 circuits of 5 pull ups, 5 push ups and 5 box jumps.

Cool man, I tried this the other day when I had a limited time to work out and wanted something quick and effective. I got 7 minutes flat. But I look at your age and realize I've got over 20 years on you so I don't feel as impressive... haha.

I'd like to suggest a variation, since the pushups and box jumps were definitely easier to do than the pull-ups: How about a 50-100-150 of pullups, pushups, and box jumps? I think I'll try it sometime in the next week.

7 minutes? Holy cow dude, tape it next time I want to see it. I agree the pull ups are the hardest by far, the push ups and box jumps are my recup time. If you add more of them it is just giving me more recup time. Wink

Nice pull ups, but for stamina start doing more them in short time.
