this is sample of my diet based on your outline..
1) Look up for Al-Akavadlo's PB&J and shake. natural and very easy to make
2) Oats, i prefer mix with coco powder to make it taste more delicious
3) Rice or pasta
4) Blended fruit juice
5) anything with protein with minimum carbs (ex. chicken, beef, fish)

pleasure. Wink

not the best diet in the world but its working for me. most importantly to go on healthy meals and to stick with it. as what Daniel would say, nutrition first, workout second.

You just strain yogurt through a cheese cloth.

Keep it simple. Eggs/meat/cheese with veggies/fruit. The more complicated, the less likely you are to want to make it(unless you like to cook a lot).

Shakes
I don't measure the ingredients, sometimes I like the shakes thick or really thin.
Almond/soy milk
frozen banana (this is what will make it thicker the more you add)
peanut butter
flax seeds
