Hello everyone, ive been on the bar for about 3 months. i was wondering if this is a good routine or what would be the best fastest results.
Monday- Pull ups push ups dips
Tuesday- Legs abs
Wednesday- Pull ups push ups dips
Thursday- legs abs
Friday Pull ups pushups dips
Saturday Off
Sunday- Legs abs


IS THIS GOOD? or can i do it everyday?

try it out for 2 weeks plus. if you notice increasing gains, keep it up. oh but make sure to change and mix up your workouts when its too easy. Wink

Yeah i agree with zeMrCEO to try it for 2 weeks but if u are beginner and u go hard on each pushing pulling day, maybe ur muscles wont be recovered till ur next push pull workout. If u feel ok then i guess its ok Razz
The same goes for legs abs.
