My height is 170cm and my weight 68kg.
breakfast 8:00 : (Shake) 2-3 raw eggs ,300ml milk ,1 banana, 4 scoop oats and 1 scoop peanut butter
12:00 : Sandwiches whole grain , turke and cheese.
15:00 :lunch usually (spaggeti, rise, frumenty, potatoes)
18:00: Workout 45' - 1 hour
19:00 protein shake
20:00 dinner boil Pulses ( Beans , Lentils , broccoli, Cauliflower etc) with Grilled fish or Chicken.
23:00 at least 500ml kefir
What do you think about my daily nutrition programm.
