 my beginner workout routine

my beginner workout routine Empty

pullups:
2-4-6-4-2
(between each set a minute rest)
chin ups:
2-4-6-4-2
(between each set a minute rest)
push ups:
5-10-15-10-5
(between each set a minute rest)
dips:
1-2-4-2-1
(between each set a minute rest)
diamond pushups:
4-6-8-6-4
(between each set a minute rest)

how's that for a beginner routine?
any advice?excercises to add?something i should change?

The routine is fine but i think the rest between sets is too much, try 10 sec for each rep if you did 2 rest 20 sec 4 40 sec etc. Also change routines once in a while and just have fun Smile

Nice for a beginner. But with that amount of pull ups, I think you can do more of the push ups (+5, even for the diamond push ups). Try to mix up exercises in one set (for example, pull up then push ups... in one set before resting)

yeah..today i did this routine and diamonds were easy, so i did 4-6-8-6-4
push ups are still difficult for me..
