I dont know how good this is but for me it worked pretty well. Give it a try and let me know what you think of it. Feel free to let me know what else you would add into the routine or change.

normal squat 20
wide squats 20

10 sec rest

forward lunge 16, which is 8 each leg
side lunge 16 = 8 each leg

10 sec rest

Bulgarian split squats 15 each leg
chair sits/ wall sits whatever you want to call them 30 sec.

rest 2-3 min

i would say repeat about 3 times depending on your skill level. Also change the reps to suit your level of fitness.
