How are you guys? I'm military and have little time to attend a gym. I usually train calisthenics, I would like a workout routine because I am very disorganized and do not know how. I have some equipment, a bar, a bar to push up, some free weights, a hammer, a truck tire. I would like to expand the use of such equipment. I have two books, Convict Conditioning and Building the Gymnastic Body, I began to study them, but got lost along the way. Could someone help me create a workout routine using these materials? Could anyone help me? Thanks if possible!
