Well, for me it is. Today is my birthday, and I celebrated it with looking at some maxes that I have set today and throughout the year.
Chins: 19
Dips: 16 (just started training these a couple of weeks ago)
Pistols: 20/leg; 88 lb max single
Handbalancing:
Tiger stand (owned)
Headstand (owned)
Handstand max 10 sec
Goals for next year:
Barbarian requirements; Freestanding handstand pushup; obviously I need to learn the muscle up.
How do some of you balance bar work with getting your numbers up? That's probably my biggest question. I've implemented some great ideas already.
I am using ladders to up my volume for dips and pullups. Should I start training for th emuscle up now or do I need more strength (w/dips and chins) for that?
