Let's see what everybodies ultimate fitness goals are. This should be interesting. As for me mine are multiple one arm chin/pull ups.(I have one already.) and my longterm goal is the one arm hanstand push up against a wall.

My ultimate fitness goals are to never stop and inspire family, friends, and future friends to start a healthy lifestyle.
Full Planche Push-Ups
360 Muscle Ups (multiple 360 muscle ups, not ridiculous endurance muscle ups haha)
5 Mile run in 30 Minutes (ex-smoker so this is going to take a while)
Achieve and maintain a 7% body/fat ratio.

Well i want to make moves like muscle up with good form, back lever, front lever, planche , planche push ups , free handstand hold for much and general balance in hands , free handstand push ups , one arm pull ups, chin ups etc etc, just to master as many moves as possible (that i like) , get much strength cause i like martial arts and i think everyone like to be able to defend his self , also parkour, freerun and other are also in list
In general i want to make crazy moves than need technique and strength (maybe balance etc), be strong , fast etc , be good in fight (martial arts etc), do parkour and stuff like that
so lets say be fit , powerful and healthy?
Also i would like to do bar-barians requirements one day even if it is the old one

My goals are unilateral movements like a strict OAPU, a OAC, PISTOL squat (which I just managed my first today with a 20 lb counterweight) ... maybe a OAHSPU? ... definitely freestanding HSPU, cause that's just gonna be cool. But really, I want to be able to jump up and grab the ledge of a rooftop, and effortlessly pull myself up and onto the roof. A muscle-up, basically.

I have many goals to accomplish. Here are some. not really in order but the requirements are first.
#1 NEW Bar-Barian Requirements i am sooooo close i feel it, i will need to take a one week rest before i attempt it, as i am always very sore and i will be 100% after the week break.forgot what it feels like.
#2 After the requirements, i will get back to strength training and try to rep oap/c i can do 1 now both arms. And double body weight pull up i am 7lbs. short. i do 165lbs. weighted pull up.
#3 better my planche- planche push ups and all forms of balancing, longer front back lever holds.
#4 20 rep mark for muscle ups. last was 13 maybe 15 but bad form now my form is better and i am climbing the ladder the right way.
#5 Triple body weight dead-lift i am close high 400s as of now, i only have 465lbs. then there's tape and dumbbells.
#6 under 5minute mile last recorded was 5:14 but i weighed 185lbs. now i am 172lbs. i think i can beat it.
#7 1,500 max squats, last recorded i did 1,325 last 25 reps were jump squats it took me a little over 40mins.their were pauses after the 500 rep mark. i was soaked and sore for a few weeks i am nervous to attempt this again as i have to be mentally prepared cause once i enter mentally i know i can't turn back.haha.
#8 Human flag i can't grasp it in anyway everytime i see someone do it i try and am no where near , then i see others do it like nothing, but there is always more to learn.
#9 reach the leanest body fat % while maintaining max strength.
#10 help more people learn moves, i already helped 4 people to do muscle ups feels good.
Just some but there is more.

My goal is this: Be prepared for basically any physical task that is thrown my way. Using a combination of gymnastics, weightlifting, and sprinting, I believe this is very feasible.

My goals in order from when I expect them to be acomplished:
Front Lever hold. Right now, I can hold it for 2 seconds. Now, after I startet training it for real, I'm constantly progressing everytime I'm on the bar.
The Human Flag. I can hold a clean flag for about 2-3 seconds now, and I excpect to hold a solid flag in 2 weeks.
The Iron Cross. Me and Skui startet the Iron Cross training 2 weeks ago. I'm gradually getting stronger, while Skui almost got it already. Right now I'm able to slowly lower myself into the right position, but not hold it. Also I need to get my chest up and out, cuz right now I'm kinda arching my back and keeping my chest in while doing the move.
By the end of the year:
FULL FUCKING PLANCHE! lol. This is for me the hardest move to master. I'm at a bent arm planche right now. I'm doing tucked planche holds and advanced tuck planche holds for sets now, and I hope to be able to hold a FULL planche for atleast 2 seconds by the end of 2011.
