hey guys im new to this nice forum

i need your help. can you please help me to create a calisthenic routine for muscle growth. i have also acces to the gym.

i can do 13 proper pullups 25dips and like 40pushups.

i also want to work out my abs, legs and lower back.


as ive said, my goal is gaining muscle while bit losing fat (smalllll belly xd)

im 18 years old and 1,68 metres tall and my weight is 63kilograms. im also weighttraining for like 2 years, however, i havent build that much muscles, but still some amount, so im not a general newbie. im ready to swtich to calishtenics, i do whateva u say


i also like to do cardio for cutting

thx in advance.

id love i fu could make some schedule workout for me.

i have much time for workout, but i dont want overtraining.

i know which excercises there are exisiting and which bodypart they train, but im always so precise and wanna do the right thing, so please please help me u guys

lol u also asked in this forum for routines bro...

please help me i cant just do everday 100000pushups dips etc, theres much kniowledge and theorie behind a routine. it is not intelligent to have no plan

If you want some inspiration to make your own routine, look in the training logs that are already around.

If you want some one to make you a personalised routine for you...
Your best bet is to contact LittleBeastM and get one from him... (and to be fair, they are pretty damn good!)

i usually train pyramids and supersets to gain mass always to failure but every person is diferent and i cannot say how many sets would be ok for u, etc..
