hey guys im new to this nice forum
i need your help. can you please help me to create a calisthenic routine for muscle growth. i have also acces to the gym.
i can do 13 proper pullups 25dips and like 40pushups.
i also want to work out my abs, legs and lower back.
as ive said, my goal is gaining muscle while bit losing fat (smalllll belly xd)
im 18 years old and 1,68 metres tall and my weight is 63kilograms. im also weighttraining for like 2 years, however, i havent build that much muscles, but still some amount, so im not a general newbie. im ready to swtich to calishtenics, i do whateva u say
i also like to do cardio for cutting

i have much time for workout, but i dont want overtraining.
i know which excercises there are exisiting and which bodypart they train, but im always so precise and wanna do the right thing, so please please help me u guys
