i need your help. can any of you please help me to create a calisthenic routine for muscle growth. i have also acces to the gym.
i can do 13 proper pullups 25dips and like 40pushups.
i also want to work out my abs, legs and lower back.
as ive said, my goal is gaining muscle while bit losing fat (smalllll belly xd)
im 18 years old and 1,68 metres tall and my weight is 63kilograms
i also like to do cardio for cutting

i have much time for workout, but i dont want overtraining.
PS: i used to be weighttrasining for like 2 years while also taking supplements, but due to not good results i want to switch to calisthenics. well i built up some muscles, but not that much...
