Hey,
here are some shots of my workout I did on sunday. Some movements are done with to mutch momentum of the legs (the pullups).

I love doing cardio especially cycling and running. I'm cycling 5.000+ km a year and want to run my first marathon this year. I use it for warming up. For Example, when I'm running for 20 mins before I start working out on bars it feels like having more energy/strength and endurance.

I'm confused as to how you can ring muscle ups but you need so much kip to get over the bar... maybe my technique for rings is off. Anyway great work nice set up!

So do I. I achieved the MU on rings January 2k11 and to get over the straight bar just 2 weeks ago (I have to be up there to get over as you see in the vid)
On rings I use false grip and pull myself up to my chest at first.
Doing my first MUs I used to lean me forward more or less to get over.

(Sorry for my english Razz )

Yeah I mean I think it's cool. You're not using any momentum on the rings (since you're in L-sit) so it makes the movement even tougher!! affraid

Hey I just thought of something for your bar muscle ups: It looks like you don't go down enough and you try to "catch" yourself too early, maybe if you let your arms extend out more you'll have more force on the way up to clean the bar. If you can do them slow on the rings with little momentum there's no reason why the bar should be a challenge. Let your arms extend a little more... let us know how it goes.
