Depends on your goals,time you have, current fitness level i personally wouldn't do it. It is good for on the go quick workout. For me it is not intense enough for others it is. When i do circuits i will have zero rest in between each exercise and dumbbell press i would substitute with dips.
I sometimes do this circuit, 10 reps per set, 5 sets, zero rest, wearing 50lb. vest. i do this circuit 5 times no rest i am soaked after this can't breathe. For some people my circuit might be easy everyone is different and has different goals.
Set1 = 225-350lbs. dead lift x10reps, depends on how hard work was.
Set2 = dipsx10 reps
Set3 = jump squatsx10
set4 = pull upsx10 reps
set5 = dragon flagsx10 reps
