my routine that I´ve started this week

mon - back and chest

supersets
pull ups/chest dips - 3x10 reps each/1 min rest betwen supersets
inverted rows/incline push ups - 3x10 reps each/1 min rest
chin ups/slow push ups - 3x10 reps each/ 1 min rest

wed - legs and shoulders

supersets
one leg squats/handstand push ups - 3x6 reps each/1 min rest
bulgarian split squat/dumbbell lateral raises - 3x10 reps/1 min rest
dumbbell power clean and press 4x10/1 min rest

fri - biceps and triceps

supersets
bw biceps curl/bw triceps extension - 3x8-10 reps/1 min rest
db hammer curl/diamond push ups - 3x8-10 reps/1 min rest
db alternate curl/kickbacks - 3x8-10 reps1 min rest

on other days my plan is to do abs and cardio

what do you think?

well nice but , pull ups , chin ups etc work both back and biceps (no need to mention shoulders and core), same goes for chest and triceps.

My suggestion would be to either do one day pull ups,dips, wide pull ups, wide push ups etc and the other one chin ups, close chin ups, diamon push ups,dips either do twice just upper body workout.

As for shoulders well i m not sure maybe its ok with legs not sure.

Well i dont say thats not good, if it works for u its ok, i just tell my opinion.

Hope it helps maybe trying both way are good and then choose the better? who knows Smile

thanks for reply

I´m still searching for a good routine 3 times a week.there are a lot of exercises that I would like to do,I want to increse my max reps in pullups,hanstand pushups,regular pushups,1 leg squats.
current status

pullups: 15
regular pushups: 40,maybe 50
dips: 20
1 leg squats: about 10
handstan pushups:8

also would like to do explosive moves like knee jumps,dubbell powercleans...with this routine I try to incorporate everything so there you have it...every opinion is welcome
