your abs workout is very basic. leg raises on dip bar or pull up bar, they work your lower back aswell, and do exercises for lower back invidually. otherwise you are going to end up with strong abs but epic weak lower back. it is not good for you + u need lower back for front and back lever, plance etc. for pull ups do negatives or use a lower bar, on lower bar u want to pull up as hard as u can with arms and assist a bit with legs. I like to do core and upper body on the same day and legs on another day, cause you will be using alot of abs on upper body day later anyways.
