which one would be the most efficient to learn first, dragon flag, front lever, back lever, plance or HSPU-s? in the end we all gonna do them all, but which one would be a nice start to help with the other moves aswell?

Definitely HSPU, since they are the easiest from all those moves you postet in my opiniot and it will help you doing different levers and planches

HSPUs(full ROM) aren't easier than any of the other moves.

Back lever and dragon flag are easiest of those mentioned.
Dragon flag is a prerequisite for full lay front lever.
Planche is usually the hardest of all those mentioned.
HSPU is unrelated. Bent arm work is far different from straight arm work.

I'd recommend starting with:
Skin the cats
Russian dips
False grip pull ups
Lsit
Dragon flag

Then you can switch to back lever, front lever, planche, muscle up, etc. training.

The dragon flag first for sure, it will teach you how to keep you core tense while balancing on your upper back i still do these heavily and always get sore from them. Your core will get stronger from the dragon flags to eventually start the levers, planche, and hspu. Then you should work on the back lever, front lever, planche or handstand which ever comes first. But always keep the basics near while training for harder exercises and strengthen them, cause when you get stronger at the basics it will make learning newer moves easier.

i'd say dragon flags as the core strength developed from this is going to help you alot in every other exercise
