Hey guys, just wanted to share something with you I was thinking about doing. Please let me know what you think and what I could change to improve it.
Monday-Heavy Lower Body and Shoulders-Heavy Squats, Lunges, Step ups, Thrusters, handstand push ups, etc...
Tuesday-Heavy Upper Body-Weighted pullups, dips and pushups, Deadlifts, cleans, etc
Wednesday-SaQ(speed, agility, quickness) day- Hill runs, weighted springts, agility drills, sled runs, etc
Thursday-Light Lower Body and Shoulders-Plyometric leg movements, bodyweight squats, lunges, handstand push ups, etc
Friday-Light Upper Body- Bodyweight pullups, dips, pushups, plyometrics
Saturday and Sunday- Hand balancing work, Straight Arm Scapula Strength work, levers, etc
I will also be doing MMA in the afternoons for extra condition and I participate in a few sports such as soccer, volley-ball, rugby and swimming year round.
