I'm new to this website but does anyone have a good routine for increasing 1 rep max of weighted pulls??? my 1rm is bw + 100 lbs, im aiming for bw+ at least 135lbs
Also, what can be a good progression to a 360 muscle up? I can do about 7 m-ups but do i need to work on having an explosive bar dip? spin faster? how would i go about doing this?
