today I decided to give the 5/3/1 approach at Military Presses a try. Maybe next time Ill add some extra sets at low weight and high reps for hypertrophy |

on sandbag "Grace" I came in right at about 35 minutes. I alternated between clean and push presses and clean and strict presses instead of jerks. although I paced myself, It actually wasn't very difficult at all. My first time trying it so I'm really proud to have completed it regardless of how long it took me
