just a fast question. your push/pull supposed to be even correct?because i notcied for me i can pull 125% more than my weight(orm 250ish pound pullup) but only push like 50% more then my weight (bench orm 160ish) or over head press etc i always had stronger pull but as i grew and got stronger the differance gap is started to be noticed.should i stop doing pull all together untill my press is equal or just not worrie bout it????????

dont worry about it too much. just train your pressing a little bit more for strength. one will always be naturally stronger than the other though.

Damn Enigma!!

Post a video of that 250 lb pull up. We all would love to see.

Strive for balance.

But just like anything.Bench press is a "skill" lol. If you want to become better at bench than you have to concentrate on more bench.

But like M said, You will always find a dominant movement you are better at or like to do.

heres my weighted pull ups.

first try was at 265 pounds.fail
i reduced sum weight to about 220 got a chin up in.then reduced to 200
rested for like 4 mins and had on almost 240 pounds. 2 of the small 3 pound weights fell off but i stil was at 231.as shown on the scale.my feet were on the floor but its rly hard to bend or walk considering i had 4 ankel weights on each leg up to my thigh.i know i can pull more. just im restricted.
