After my workout on last Wed, I felt some tighness in my neck. That night I woke up every hour in pain. I have been resting since then. Well I've done cardio and pushups.
It’s been over a week now and I’m ready to start training again. I’m going to wait a couple more days and get back after it. Mark my words: I will meet the Barbarian requirements before this year is over.
I know I have to start out slow again. It’s been a challenge, and I’m ready to meet it.
