well first i want to apologize for not being around much lately. as some of you know i injured my shoulder pretty bad last month training human flags...was actua.lly in the middle of making a tutorial...go figure.. lol. anyway, what happend was i let the tension slip in my shoulder for a split second then POP! i now have a SLAP tear in my shoulder joint which happend when it became dislocated and went back into place. with it beng like this it is very easy to become dislocated again. i am having surgery done on it tomorrow to repair the tear. i will be back into it as soon as i can. wish me luck.

Thanks everyone. I appreciate it. If any challenges come out that involve legs ill be able to do those though so I'm not bummed. That and running, core, grip, and neck training. I'm not out for the count yet.
