can anyone think of any ways to progress to this exercise..
i can do about 50 press ups in a row.. i know that for endurance but whatever and i can do about 20 decline press ups in a row
how do i get it so that i can do elevated wall press ups? my feet always slip off the war when i do it (i use socks when i do it because my feet are cold since its winter)

i just tried this. i managed to get 5 reps. the weird thing is that i can only do 40pushups in a row without stopping. i guess ur shoulders are abit weaker cuz i feel alot of pump on my shoulders while doing dis

maybe try to also lean a bit more forward so ur hands more weight on them.
