Firstly I have to say that you have a great forum, I'm really glad that I can be part of it! All of you are such an inspiration for me. I'm gonna train hard and push my limits everyday to become stronger and stronger (like LittleBeastM, damn he's progressing so fast !)
I don't have a good place for training, but it's not an obstacle. I can do pushups everywhere and I made my own pullup bar.

Is it good to train everyday ? I would like not only to improve my strength but also gain some muscles. Would it be good to do pullups, pushups etc every second day (rest day is abs and handstands workout)
