Hi ,this is something i have no clue about so am looking for enlightment on the subject ..

Do testerone boosting supplements actually work e.g help build muscle and genrally increase testoserone ?

Or is there cartain foods that can boost it ?

I Know im 19 so my levels should be high , But i personallly think mine are Low ( Not saying why ) ..

Any help is appreciated

There are foods,and supplements that raise testosterone i try to eat these daily.

FOOD: All nuts/seeds like peanut butter & pumpkin seeds,avocado, salmon, oysters, eggs, garlic/onions, bananas.

SUPPLEMENTS/HERBS: ZMA, hornygoatweed, Tribulus, Maca Root, Ginseng, Damiana.

MY suggestion eat right, take some of the supplements/herbs if you want i would take maca root day, ZMA night. Do your SQUATS & DEAD LIFTS train your legs hard to get a boost but be consistent, get a good nights sleep.Hope this helps some GoodluCK!

Good response above.

I wouldn't recommend test boosters, especially at your age (same as me) our hormones are raging and any more testosterone is unnecessary.
Train hard, eat and sleep hard. Simplified I know but sometimes people over complicate training and overlook the importance of old fashioned hard work.

I heard doing a very heavy deadlift,squat or leg press helps release testosterone..

Ironloo: how regularly do you recomend squats and deadlift ?
Another thing is i found out i have kyphosis of the spine, so not sure if that would be bad for me to do , i hope it wont ..


I want the testoerone to boost libido mostly

Wracko, at least 1 dead lift session and 1 squat session per week. I do 4 squat sessions per week and 1 dead lift maybe 2 sessions depending on how hard i did squats. I change the intensity constantly always beating the previous, i believe the you get more powerful overall if you train the legs/core brutally hard just my opinion.

Thanks ironloo .. With squats do you mean like 90%
1rm then say 4 or 5 sets for 3-10 reps . Then do 1
extra rep a week per set .. Like a bofybuilder would.

To be honest . Now you have said that it has made
me realise i neglect my legs more then i should ..
Thing its so easy to make routines for upprr body
.. Personally i could come up with routines for upper
body all day long butt legss .. I rather clueless

3 mile run w/30-40 lbs. vest has to be under 20 mins.

65lbs. Vest + 70lbs. Dumbbell Front Squat
4 sets x 25 reps w/2min. rest = 100 reps

65lbs. Vest Squats
4 sets x 25 reps 1 min. rest = 100 reps

65lbs. Vest 20 lunges + 5 Squats
4 sets x 25 reps 2 min. rest = 100 reps

Body weight squats vest removed extra explosive
16 sets x 25 reps :25 sec. rest = 400 reps

Bulgarian Squats
5 sets x 20 reps 1 min rest = 100 reps

Jump Squats
4 sets x 25 reps 1 min rest = 100 reps

Frog jumps
4 sets x 25 reps :25 sec. rest = 100 reps

That's 1,000 reps next day would be 500 reps but heavier weights.I try to train legs 4 days a week sometimes more minus the sprints, stair runs, weighted 3 mile runs.



This is an older routine my current is much harder , some days do a pyramid ex: squat 135lbs. x 10 reps,185lbs. x 8 reps, 215lbs. x 6reps, 245lbs. x 4 reps, 275x 2 reps, 300lbs. x 1 rep.

Just keep mixing it up train your legs hard!
