There are foods,and supplements that raise testosterone i try to eat these daily.
FOOD: All nuts/seeds like peanut butter & pumpkin seeds,avocado, salmon, oysters, eggs, garlic/onions, bananas.
SUPPLEMENTS/HERBS: ZMA, hornygoatweed, Tribulus, Maca Root, Ginseng, Damiana.
MY suggestion eat right, take some of the supplements/herbs if you want i would take maca root day, ZMA night. Do your SQUATS & DEAD LIFTS train your legs hard to get a boost but be consistent, get a good nights sleep.Hope this helps some GoodluCK!
