Hi guys, I'm a 24 yo from Italy..
I'm quite new to bodyweight training and I'm searching for a routine to start..
Since today I've been lifting weight on and off, mostly 20 rep squat and 531 BBB..but since I started looking in bodyweight exercises I can't enjoy weightlifting anymore.. bodyweight is so much more fun!
I also play sport 4 times a week..
I'm 175 cm tall, 67 kg bw at 12% bodyfat if it helps..
My diet is clean, I'm following from some time a TKD..
I was thinking to start with some basic program like maybe this one:
done pyramid style, for 5-10 sets..
Any advice is greatly appreciated..
