PostSubject: Left arm injury   Left arm injury EmptyWed Dec 21, 2011 5:27 pm

Hey I've been training for some time now, but for some couple of weeks now I've been having an injuri in my left arm somewhere at the triceps.

it feels like my triceps really hurts, I'm not sure how it could have happen.

It could maybe be because, I never do warmups for pushups, dips, pullups, handstand pushups and so on.

Somebody know what I can do? I could really need some help with this! Smile

If you are concerned about an injury, the first thing you should do is go see a doctor, or failing that, a physio.

And yeah, as you've already pointed out... you should do a warm up, it will help prevent most injuries!
