I need a stretch routine i can do for my entire body after my workout that will make me more flexible.
preferably less than 10 mins.
i always stretch after my workouts but i never get any more flexible :[

Static stretching, even after a workout, won't get you the best gains in terms of flexibility.
If you wanted to put together a routine though, I would suggest the book Sports Stretch
, which has lots of stretches and explains them clearly.
However, the best book on stretching (of all time, IMO) which you can also find on DVD (or on the torrent sites if you're so inclined...) is Stretching Scientifically
. It is well worth the read and taking the time to work on the isometric stretches he outlines.
