can the l-sit get you 6 pack abs?
how do i make myself more flexible to be able to do a v-sit?

Eventually, although the definition mainly comes from having a low body fat percentage... and a lot of that is down to your diet

And increase your flexibility be regular stretching :-)

L-sit get you the 6 pack but not visible, like me, for example... To see your abs you need to have a low BF %, good diet and cardio workout (or similar)

For the stretching, remember you need to stretch your hamstrings, not your lower back.

The sit-and-reach won't help you very much, but laying down and pulling one leg back with a towel will.

Or you could just keep trying to pull your legs higher every time you do an L-seat.
