Found this site via videos on youtube (Metin's vids to be exact) and they made me really want to get started and get involved. I'm hoping it will help me build a decent phisyque too, but I'm more interested in a routine and some of the crazy holds ive seen.
Anyway, I posted on the crews section already with a simular post but thought I'd put it here too.
As said, I'm a brand new enthusiast just starting out and no where near the strength/conditioning needed even for the 2010 requirements... pretty much in the starting blocks but im ready to go! I have two mates also interested but they live back in my home town in bournemouth.
I have the motivation and enthusiasm.. i just lack pretty much everything else
But I'm hoping this site and the community will help me (us) with training/diet/techniques/workouts etc.
I'm in birmingham and im a 28yr old male so pretty past it compared to most! Oh well like a challenge lol.
