This is my current routine for Chest:
3x 120lb Resistance Pushups
3x 60lb Resistance Decline Pushups
3x 60lb Pushups
3x Clapping Pushups
1x Pushups to Failure
I want to add in one arm pushups, hip pushups, and dips as well...
i dont want the routine to take so long though.. what should i take out and replace..
