Hey guys

Bit about me

Mainly played Basketball as a youngster, quit that a while ago
Got heavily into weights around 2004 before joining the Army in 07
Series of unfortunate events led to me getting med discharged due to an injury
After Surgery and healing, dabbled in Triathlons and lost the bulk of my muscle/strength.
Now I'm trying to gain it all back and decided i want to try something different.

Currently studying exercise science, and plan on rejoining the Army at the start of 2012, and i figure that this type of functional strength is going to serve me very well.

Just had another minor surgery thats preventing me from doing any execise for 2-3 more weeks, but as soon as thats over, Will begin!
