All depends i had crap reebok one 40lbs. with thin material that digs into your traps it tore eventually. I use the Mir 140lb. vest everyday its not comfortable in the beginning cause its bulky and weighs your traps down hard but now i am used to it. Best overall was the Mir airflow 50lbs. vest. Ask enigma he just got some thin vest different material looks very comfortable. All depends what you want, me personally i went for the heaviest weight and didn't care too much for the comfort. No matter what wearing 70+lbs. for hrs. wont be too comfortable.

140lbs is more than I weigh! After doing my first session with a 10kg (approx. 22lb) vest on Saturday, I cannot even conceive how I would be able to wear that much weight, let alone do anything with it on.
