Advice from LBM!
1.keep doing your basic sets with better form everyday, get a timer ready and try to get very low rest between sets.. This will increase alot and everything, not just stamina and endurance.
5. Do static holds on every exercise u do, try to max on holds (again with perfect form)
6. your body get used to working out very fast, so make sure u do different things everyday- now u know why the lower rest will burn your muscle different
7. Do weighted calisthenics on the basics, weighted pyramids, weighted maxing out, max weight max pull, max weight 1 rep.. Just make sure u keep it clean form, and do static holds with weighted calisthenics to..
8. WARM UP WITH CARDIO
9. Do alot of shoulders, and core workouts..
another one is take advance off the growth hormone facts.. so eat alot of FOODS!! HEALTHY! and HEAVY TRAININGS.. SO CALISTHENICS WITH A WEIGHTED VEST IS A GREAT WAY TO BOOST THOSE HORMONES,
TIP : WHEN THE SUN STARTS TO RISE DO SOME SQUATS..OR WORK UR LOWERBACK..
AND THIS IS ANOTHER THING WHY UR BREAKFAST IS SO IMPORTANT!! EAT THOSE CARBS IN THE MORNING..
