Warmup 4 sets x 50 consecutive dips,light rows.
60 sets Atlas stone x clean & press super set. The pushups and front squats in between don't count.
230lb. stone 1-3 reps
185lbs. clean & press 1-3 reps.
Low reps high volume if i had my chalk and wasn't so slippery i would have added the 350 stone in the mix, always next time.
