I have changed my position on milk, even organic milk. Raw organic should still be OK but is hassle to find.
I have removed all dairy from diet besides butter for about month now. No milk, no cheese, no yogurt, nothing dairy except butter for cookin and on ezekiel bread toast.
I have been stronger, faster, and recover much faster now than ever before. I am stronger now than when I was 17 and 200lbs. Milk is totally over rated and chocolate milk for recovery even more so. There is no need for dairy in the diet. You can get your calcium from veggies.
