Drinking whole milk is awesome for gaining muscle. I only drink organic. Drink that conventional crap if you want to grow udders.

Organic all the way. all fruits, veggies, and meats/dairy

Your body is a temple. It deserves clean/non toxic fuel.

I Love Milk and drink quite a lot too, but no where near like some of you guys said. I mean one litre of milk a day is already a heck of a lot in my opinion. I have it with muesli in the morning and a big glass or 2 in the evening. I freaking adore it, ice cold, never liked it warm or with honey and shiz like that... I tend to get the semi skimmed one tho', do yall think the full fat is better?

I have changed my position on milk, even organic milk. Raw organic should still be OK but is hassle to find.

I have removed all dairy from diet besides butter for about month now. No milk, no cheese, no yogurt, nothing dairy except butter for cookin and on ezekiel bread toast.

I have been stronger, faster, and recover much faster now than ever before. I am stronger now than when I was 17 and 200lbs. Milk is totally over rated and chocolate milk for recovery even more so. There is no need for dairy in the diet. You can get your calcium from veggies.
